强化朗诵训练在Broca失语康复中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨强化朗诵训练对Broca失语患者的言语恢复的效果。方法对60例因中枢性病变引起Broca失语患者做前瞻性研究,分为强化朗诵组30例和对照组30例,均给予常规药物治疗和言语功能训练,强化朗诵组在此基础上进行针对性强化朗诵训练。比较2组语言恢复情况。结果 2组患者的言语功能均得到改善,但强化朗诵组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论朗诵训练能改善Broca失语患者的言语清晰度和流畅性,能较好提高患者的语言组织能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of strengthen reading training on patients with the recovery of Broca's aphasia.Methods 60 patients with central lesions caused by Broca aphasia were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases,treated by the conventional drug therapy and speech functional training) and the strengthen recitation group(30 cases,treated by the strengthening recitation training based on the conventional drug therapy and speech functional training),and then we compared the language recovery function of two groups.Results The language recovery function of two groups had a greater improve ment especiallly in the strengthen recitation group.Conclusion Recitation training can greatly improve the speech clarity,fluency and organizational skills of patients with Broca aphasia.
