摘要
研究了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的降温淬火工艺,结果表明:当奥氏体化温度由1200℃降低到1160℃时,晶粒度级别从11.5级细化至12级。当W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢采用350℃×1 h+560℃×1 h回火时,能够获得比常规回火更佳的强韧性配合。
Cooling quenching process of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel is investigated. The results show that grain size is refined from level 11.5 to level 12 when the austenite temperature is lowered from that 1200 ℃ to 1160 ℃. W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel can obtain better strength and toughness than conven- tional tempering process when the tempering process is 350 ℃ ~ 1 h + 560 ℃ × 1 h.
