摘要
通过光学显微镜、拉伸试验机等方法研究了相同的固溶温度、时效温度条件下,不同固溶冷却速度对17-4PH钢显微组织和力学性能影响。结果表明,17-4PH不锈钢采用1040℃×2 h油冷+620℃×2 h空冷热处理工艺,可以获得良好的综合机械性能。固溶采用油冷处理,时效后的组织和力学性能优于空冷和炉冷。
The effect of different solution cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical property of 17- 4PH steel was studied by optical microscope and tensile testing machine at the same solid solution temperature and aging temperature. The results showed that 17- 4PH stainless steel could obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties using heat treatment with 1040 ℃ × 2 h oil cooling, 620 ℃ × 2 h air cooling. The microstructure and mechanical property of 17- 4PH stainless steel after oil cooling and aging were better than ones after air cooling and furnace cooling.
