摘要 某产品用Ni36CrTiAl(3J1)合金钢转轴在耐久振动试验过程中发生断裂,对其化学成分、硬度、金相组织、断口微观形貌进行分析。结果表明,3J1合金钢转轴为高周低应力疲劳断裂,结构设计不合理导致局部强度不足是导致断裂的主要原因。对转轴进行局部结构改进,重新进行耐久振动试验,验证了转轴改进措施的有效性。 The shaft of Ni36CrTiAl(3J1 )alloy steel was fractured during endurance vibration test. Failure analysis was carried out by means of chemical composition, hardness, metallography observation and micro fracture analysis. The results showed that the fatigue of 3J1 alloy steel was high cycle and low stress fatigue break. The main reason of the fracture was irrationality structural design, which caused local strength shortage. Local structure of the shaft was improved, and new endurance vibration test was carried out. It was proved that the improvement measure of shaft was available.
