摘要
目的:研究大学生课余体育运动对自信心的影响。方法:采用随机取样实验,被试为乐山师范学院学生100名,依据前测的数据选取60位被试进行了提高运动量的实验。结果:提高大学生课余体育运动量,其自信心水平有显著提高(t=2.1,P<0.05),且实验组显著高于参照组(t=2.03,P<0.05),差异主要表现在体育运动,外貌和同人们交谈这三个维度上。结论:增加课余体育运动的频率和时间,在一定程度上可以帮助其提高自信心水平。
Objective: To investigate the influence of students' afterschool sports on self-confidence.Methods: In the random sampling experiment,60 students from Leshan Teachers College were asked to participate in the experiment by the before-testing.Results: The level of self-confidence was significantly increase after improving after-school sport(t=2.1,P 0.05),and the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(t=2.03,P 0.05),especially in physical exercise,appearance and communication.Conclusion: To increase the frequency and time of after-school sports can help improving their self-confidence level to some extent.
