摘要
本文通过抗辐射菌培养物添食,调查了其对家蚕茧生产性能的影响。初步结果显示:5龄添食抗辐射菌培养物能提高家蚕茧的产质量,且没有延长5龄经过时间,与空白对照相比,0.2%、0.5%及0.8%添食区,全茧量分别提高5.1%、7.2%和9.3%,茧层量分别提高4.6%、8.2%和8.8%,对生命力也无不良影响;不同添食时间的试验结果表明,添食时间越早,抗辐射菌培养物对提高家蚕茧的产质量的效果越明显,3龄起蚕添食区的全茧量与茧层量分别比空白对照增加10.2%和11.3%。
To study the effects of D.radiopugnance inoculum on development and cocoon quality of silkworm.Larvae were fed on different concentrations D.radiopugnance inoculum at different developmental stage,and cocoon quality was investigated.It is found: feeding D.radiopugnance inoculum at newly moulted 5th larva can improve cocoon production without prolonging 5th instar and adverse affect on vitality.Compared with control,0.2%,0.5% and 0.8% feeding area,cocoon weight increased 5.1%,7.2% and 9.4%,cocoon shell weight increased 4.6%,8.2% and 8.8% respectively;feeding time test results showed: the earlier feeding,the more obvious effects on cocoon yield and quality were observed,for newly moulted 3rd larva feeding silkworm,the cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight increased 10.2% and 11.3%,respectively,compared with that of control.
