乳腺浸润性导管癌中Survivin和血管内皮生长因子-C的表达及与临床病理因素的关系

Expression of Survivin and VEGF-C in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue and its relationship with clinical pathological factors

目的研究Survivin和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系,并分析两者的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测83例乳腺癌组织、30例癌旁组织中Survivin和VEGF-C的表达,并分析两者的表达与临床病理学因素间的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中Survivin和VEGF-C的阳性表达率分别为63%(52/83)和58%(48/83),均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Survivin和VEGF-C的表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);乳腺癌中Survivin和VEGF-C表达呈正相关(r=0.602,P<0.05)。结论 Survivin和VEGF-C高表达与乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

Objective It is to study the expression of Survivin and VEGF -C in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue and their relationship with clinical pathological factors in breast cancer, and analyze their correlation with each other. Meth- ods The expression of Survivin and VEGF - C was detected in 83 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue and 30 ca- ses of adjacent nontumor tissue by SP immunohistochemistry, and the relationship of expression with clinical pathological fac- tors was analyzed. Results The positive expression of Survivin and VEGF - C in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast tissue were 63% and 58% respectively, which were obviously higher than that of normal tissue（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Survivin and VEGF - C had relationship with histological classification, clinical staging, and lymph node metastasis of duetal carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Survivin and VEGF - C showed significant direct correlation with each other（ r = 0. 602 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The over expression of Survivin and VEGF - C is related with the invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma, which can be used as the indications of biological behavior and prognosis of the tumor.
