摘要
为提高目前国内各电磁兼容实验室在做CS115电缆束注入脉冲激励传导敏感度测试时结果的一致性,文中根据电磁兼容标准GJB151A-97和GJB152A-97中规定的要求和方法,在分析了影响其不确定度的各种因素后,建立其不确定度分析和评定的数学模型。经分析和计算后,得到不确定度的评定结果,并确定了影响其不确定度的几个主要因素。
To improve the consistency of the test results in most internal labs,Based on requirement and measurement of CS115 in EMC standards GJB151A-97 and GJB152A-97,the paper established a mathematic model for evaluation of uncertainty of the test after analyzing the influence factors.On the analysis and calculation,the result of uncertainty evaluation has been educed and ascertained the primary influence factors.
