摘要 目的 评价夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫正青少年近视的安全性和有效性.方法 37例(74眼)适合配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者被纳入为期6个月的前瞻性研究.对纳入研究者戴镜后1天、1周、1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月的裸眼视力和屈光状态进行观察评估.结果 36例(72眼)患者完成了本次研究.戴镜后1周裸眼视力明显提高(P〈0.01),戴镜后6个月裸眼视力达1.04±0.12.戴镜前患者屈光度的均值为(-3.16±0.75) D,戴镜后不同时间随访屈光度明显降低(P〈0.01),戴镜后1周,屈光度降低最为明显,为(+0.12±0.47)D.末次随访共有24眼(33.3%)角膜上皮有轻至中度着染,随访期间未发生不可逆转的并发症.结论 夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫正轻度至中度青少年近视是安全和有效的. Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of overnight orthokeratology with contact lens for myopia in adolescents. Methods 37 subjects (74 eyes) were enrolled in the 6 - month pilot study. Subjects were fit empirical-ly with overnight orthokeratology lenses and the uncorrected vrsual acuity and refractive status were evaluated at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, and 6 months. Results 36 subjects (72 eyes) completed the study. The uncor-rected visual acuity was improved significantly at 1 week ( P 〈 0.01 ) after wearing overnight orthokeratology lenses. The mean uncorrected visual acuity was 1.04 ± 0.12 at 6 months. The mean baseline spherical equivalent refraction (SER) was ( -3.16 ± 0.75 ) D, the mean baseline SER decreased obviously at different time points after the treatment, howev- er, the most obvious reduction was observed at l week, and the SER was ( + 0. 12 ± 0.47) D. 24 eyes (33.3%) showed mild to moderate corneal staining at 6 - month visits. No serious adverse events occurred during the follow - up. Conclusion This study shows that correction of mild to moderate myopia with overnight orthokeratology is safe and effi-cacious in adolescents.
