上海市浦东新区本地和外来小学生口腔卫生行为及服务利用现况调查

Investigating Oral health behaviors and Health Care Utilization of Local and Rural-Urban Migrant Primary School Students in Pudong New Area of Sanghai

目的掌握浦东新区本地和外来小学生口腔卫生行为习惯及卫生服务利用情况,比较本地和外来小学生在口腔卫生行为习惯及服务利用方面的差异。方法采取分层随机抽样方法选择样本,对小学生家长进行自填问卷调查。结果浦东新区本地和外来小学生开始刷牙的平均年龄分别为3.94岁、5.02岁(P<0.01);被调查学生中每天进食碳酸饮料≥1次的比例为7.28%(本地小学生4.53%,外来小学生10.43%,P<0.01)。在过去的12个月内,本地和外来小学生发生牙疼或不适的比例分别为42.30%和39.98%(P>0.05);口腔科就诊率分别为38.50%和20.36%(P<0.01)。结论外来小学生开始刷牙的平均年龄较本地小学生晚,口腔科就诊率低;应针对小学生不良口腔卫生行为习惯加强健康教育工作。

OBJECTIVE Mastering the oral health behaviors and health care utilization of local and rural-urban migrant primary school students in Pudong New Area;and comparing their differences in oral hygiene habits and service utilization.METHODS Survey samples were selected by stratified random sampling method.Pupils＇ parents were investigated by self-administered questionnaire.RESULTS The average age of start brushing of local and rural-urban migrant pupils were 3.94 and 5.02（P〈0.01）.Proportion of surveyed students tucking carbonated beverages ≥1 was 7.28%（local students 4.53%,rural-urban migrant students 10.43%,P 0.01）.In the past 12 months,toothache or discomfort occurring ratio of local and rural-urban migrant pupils were 42.30% and 39.98%（P 0.05）;dental treatment rates were 38.50% and 20.36%（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The average age of start brushing of rural-urban migrant pupils was later than that of local pupil,and their dental attendance rate was lower too.Oral hygiene education should be strengthened for poor oral hygiene habits of pupils.
