当高清化、高负载成为电视会议发展的主流,传统的技术保障方式使得服务器遭遇到技术瓶颈,急需新的技术手段来保证会议系统的正常运行。为此,在介绍电视会议和云计算相关概念的基础上,提出了一种基于云计算的电视会议系统方案,该方案使用集群管理的方式来避免宕机事件的发生。采用该方案能减少电视会议系统建设成本,提高工作效率,进一步加快部队信息化建设的进程。

When high-definition and high load become a mainstream trend in video conference, the traditional way of technical support makes servers encounter technical bottlenecks, and new technology is required urgently to ensure the normal operation of the conference system. Based on the introduction of related concepts, a video conference system is proposed based on cloud-computing. The cluster management way is utilized to avoid the occurrence of downtime events. This scheme can reduce the construction cost, improve work efficiency, and further accelerate the process of informatization construction of armed force.
