摘要
为了研制适应矿井恶劣环境下跑车防护装置使用的速度传感器,分析了已有跑车速度检测方法存在问题。在简述霍尔传感器工作原理的基础上,提出了使用双霍尔传感器检测速度的方法,介绍了采用PLC软件编制的主要程序。该方法可以同时检测主提升绞车的运行方向、速度和深度,从而为跑车防护装置提供了一种全新的检测方案。同时提出了应根据煤矿井下的使用环境为霍尔传感器选择适合的防爆设计、抗干扰设计并给出了在实际应用中的安装建议。
In order to develop the speed sensor of the rtmning car protection devices adapting to the harsh environment of the underground mine, speed detection problems of the running car are analyzed. Based on the working principle of the Hall sensor, detection method of the Dual-Hall sensor is proposed; also the main Program in PLC software is introduced. The method can simultaneously detect the running direction of the main hoist winch, speed and depth, so as to provide a new detection scheme for the protection devices of running car. Finally, in order to adapt to the harsh environment of the underground mine, the reasonable methods of the explosion-proof and anti-interference is designed; also the installation notes in practical application are pointed out.
