摘要 为实现对变电站高压设备绝缘在线监测的目的,设计了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的分布式在线监测系统。介绍变电站高压设备在线监测系统的组成,重点讲述测试仪的工作原理和设计方法。DSP芯片采用TMS320VC5416,A/D芯片为六路同时采样的AD73360;测试仪采用数字低通滤波器(LPF)和改进的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)等算法和双向环网光纤通信技术,介质损耗分辨率可达±0.1%。在220kV变电站的应用表明此测试仪有效提高系统的测量准确性和稳定性。 The paper introduces the components of on-line monitoring system for high voltage equipment in substation and emphasizes the principle and design method of testing instrument in order to design a distributed on-line monitoring system for the insulation of high-voltage electric equipment based on the digital signal processor (DSP). The DSP is the TMS320VC5416 and the A/D is the six input-channel simuhaneous sampling sigma-delta A/ D converters AD73360. The testing instrument uses the digital LPF, the improved FFT algorithm and bi-directional ring network technology with optical fiber communication, which makes the resolution of dielectric loss be less than ±0.1 degree. The application of the instrument improves the measurement veracity and stability in 220kV substations.
