摘要 目的观察鸡冠花不同提取部位的止血作用。方法对鸡冠花的乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取得到相应的部位及水部位,采用断尾法、毛细玻管法、玻片法测定小鼠凝血时间,测定血浆复钙时间来检测其止血作用。结果鸡冠花有效部位乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层、水层的凝血时间分别为(1.580±0.332),(1.390±0.345),(1.380±0.522)min,三者与空白组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);有效部位正丁醇层和水层血浆复钙时间分别为(1.397±0.713),(1.507±0.638)min,二者与空白组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸡冠花的乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、水部位均能在一定程度上影响小鼠的出血和凝血时间,具有一定的止血作用。 Objective To study the hemostatic effect by different extracts of Celosia cristata L.. Methods Ethanol extraction of Celosia cristata L. was isolated by petroleum ether, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol , respectively. Then blood coagulation time (BT) and plasma recalcification time (CT) of mice were detected by tail cutting, applying glass capillary tube and slide method. Results The coagulation time of ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water parts of Celosia cristata L. was ( 1. 580±0.332), ( 1. 390±0. 345 ), and ( 1. 380±0.522) rain, respectively, significantly different from the control group ( P〈0.01 ). The plasma recalcification time was ( 1. 397±0. 713) min from the n-butanol part and ( 1. 507±0. 638 ) min from the water part,obviously different from the blank control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water parts of Celosia cristata L. could affect coagulation and bleeding of mice, thereby have certain hemostatic effects.
