环境教育是环境保护的重要组成部分。文章以乌鲁木齐市中小学开展基础环境教育的实践为题,阐述了建立环境教育组织体系;创建绿色学校、推动环境教育的发展以及环境教育理论的实践与创新等实践活动。就如何在中小学校开展环境教育,培养学生保护生态环境,增强环保意识,提出了全面发展的思考和建议,对环境教育事业的建设和发展做了有益的探索。

Environmental education is an important part of the environmental protection. This paper takes environmental education practice of middle and primary schools in Urumqi as the topic, expounds the establishment of environmental education organization system, creates green schools, promotes environmental education development, practices and innovates of environmental education theory. Put forward some comprehensive development thoughts and suggestions about how to carrying out environmental education in the primary and middle school and educating the ecological of environment protection and intensifying environmental awareness. It makes a useful exploration on construction and development of environmental education.
