摘要
随着改革的不断深入,我国现有的中小企业协会管理体制和运行机制已无法适应市场经济发展的要求,危机重重。如何调整思路,快速转型,这是摆在我国中小企业协会负责人面前的一个严峻课题。针对目前中小企业所面临的人力资源流失的危机,本文提出运用企业创新管理理论中的破坏性创新理论打破常规思维,把中小企业协会转型为企业大学,通过各类培训加快中小企业人才队伍的建设,帮助中小企业协会走出困境,保持可持续发展。
With the continuous deepening of the reform, the existing management system and operation mechanism of Chinese association of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been unable to adapt to the demands of the development of market economy. Crisis is serious. How to adjust to the idea of rapid trans- formation, this is an important issue suspends in front of the head of Chinese association of SMEs. In view of the SMEs are facing the loss of human resources crisis at present, this paper put forward that we can break the conventional thinking by using the theory of disruptive innovation in the theory of enterprise innovation man- agement, transform the association of SMEs to be a corporate university, with aU kinds of training to speed up the SMEs' talent team construction, then help the association of SMEs out of diflficulties and maintain its sus- tainable development.
