药用植物苦豆子重金属元素含量的分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前苦豆子药用植物无药材的国家质量标准,以宁夏、内蒙、新疆产地苦豆子植物的种子为分析对象,对苦豆子药材的种子中5种重金属元素铅、铜、镉、汞、砷的含量进行检测分析。检测方法为铅、镉、铜元素采用原子吸收光谱法测定,砷、汞元素采用原子荧光光度法测定。检测结果显示不同产地苦豆子中重金属元素的含量有一定的差异,但结果均低于《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准(绿色中药标准)》(2004)规定的重金属限量标准值,符合标准规定。 Based on the fact that no national quality standard for the medicinal plant Sophora alopecuroides, contents of some heavy metals were measured from the samples collected from Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang, including lead, copper, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic. Lead, cadmium, and copper were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, while arsenic and mercury were analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. Differences in the contents of each heavy metal in the samples collected from dif-ferent regions were found. However, the levels were all lower than those allowed in the national standard "Medicinal Plants and Preparations of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Green Chinese Medicine Standard)" (2004).
