摘要
以河北省迁西县板栗主栽品种‘燕山早丰’为研究对象,人工授粉后定期采集子房,并采用HPLC法分析子房内源多胺含量的变化规律。结果表明:1)‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房中腐胺(put)含量总体略有降低。在授粉后第8天达到最大值,且显著高于授粉前的水平,其余时间含量均较低,而对照子房中Put含量始终低于授粉前Put含量;2)亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)、总多胺(PAs)含量变化趋势相似,授粉后总体呈现上升趋势。‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房中spd、spm、PAs含量在授粉后第13天达到最大值,而对照在授粉后第19天达到最高值;3)(Spm+Spd)/put比值呈现增加趋势,‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房在授粉后第19天达到最大,而对照在授粉后第23天达到最高。结合座苞率和结实率进行分析可知,较高的Spd、Spm、PAs含量和(Spm+Spd)/put比值有利于板栗‘燕山早丰’授粉受精顺利完成。
In order to examine the relationships between the contents of polyamine (PA) and pollination and fertilization (P&F), the changes of PA contents (which were measured by HPLC method) in ovary during pollination and fertilization of a chestnut cultivar 'Yanshanzaofeng' were studied. The results showed that putrescine (Put) content of cross-pollination ovary during P&F decreased slightly. It reached a maximum at 8 d after pollination, and significantly higher than the level before pollination, contents at the rest time were low, while the Put content of the control was always lower than that of cross-pollination. Changing tendencies of spermidine (Spd), spermine (Spin) and PA contents in ovary were similar, they all fluctuated rising after pollination. Spd, Spm and PAs contents in ovary after cross-pollination reached the maximum value at 13 d after pollination, while the control reached the highest value at 19 d. The ratio of (Spm +Spd)/Put increased after pollination, cross-pollination ovary, and reached the maximum value at 19 d after pollination, while the control reached the highest value at 23 d. Combined with the rates of bud setting and fruiting, it was concluded that higher contents of Spd, Spm, PAs A and higher ratio of (Spd+Spm)/ Put were favorable to the successful accomplishment of pollination and fertilization.
