戊唑醇在花椒体内的残留动态研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用高压液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定了戊唑醇树干注药后在花椒树叶片和树干韧皮部组织中的分布残留动态。研究结果表明,树干注药后戊唑醇在花椒树体内具有较好的传导、分布性能。戊唑醇在叶片和树干韧皮部组织中残留量存在一定差异,在叶片组织中的含量高于韧皮部组织。注药后1d戊唑醇在花椒叶中含量为0.268mg/kg,注药后20d在花椒叶中的含量达到最高值1.897mg/kg,之后呈下降趋势。注药后30d时,戊唑醇在树干韧皮部组织中含量达到最大值0.682mg/kg。树干注药后戊唑醇在花椒树体内残留期较长,注药后60d时,药剂在花椒叶片、树干韧皮部中的含量分别为0.576mg/kg和0.284mg/kg。 The residue and distribution of tebuconazole was examined by high performance liquid chromatog raphy (HPLC) from Chinese prickly ash tissues after trunk injection. The results showed that tebucon azole could be transmitted and distributed in different Chinese prickly ash tissues after trunk injection. The concentrations of tebuconazole were different in various tissues, with higher concentration in leaves than in trunk phloem. The concentration of tebuconazole in leaves was 0. 268 mg/kg at 1 day after injection and reached the maximum (1. 897 mg/kg) at 20 days after injection, then gradually declined. The concentra tion of tebuconazole in trunk phloem reached the maximum (0. 682 mg/kg) at 30 days after injection. The residue of tebuconazole remained a long period in Chinese prickly ash tissues after injection, with the con centrations of 0. 576 mg/kg in leaves and 0. 284 mg/kg in trunk phloem at 60 days after trunk injection.
