2010-2012年阳江市法定传染病网络报告信息质量分析

Evaluation on quality of notifiable communicable disease network direct reporting in Yangjiang City,2010-2012.

目的评价2010-2012年阳江市法定传染病网络直报信息的报告质量。方法利用《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中2010-2012年法定传染病的监测数据,分析网络报告率、及时报告率、及时审核率、重卡率和综合率等指标,并运用SAS软件进行分析。结果 2010-2012年,阳江市共有81间镇级以上医疗卫生机构,各年度网络报告率均为100.00%;3年间阳江市共报告法定传染病报告卡64 915张,其中及时报告卡片64 694张,及时报告率为99.66%;及时审核卡片64 902张,及时审核率为99.98%;各年度累计重卡0张,年度重卡率为0;慢性传染病卡片23 745张,发现重复报告卡片1 802张,3 a重卡率为7.59%;综合率为99.89%。结论 2010-2012年阳江市传染病网络直报质量较高,但仍存在问题;地方政府应提供必要的经费支持,保证疫情报告系统的正常运行;针对慢性传染病要进行跨年查重;对传染病报告信息质量评价应结合现场调查,综合评价。

Objective To evaluate the information quality of network report of notifiable infectious diseases of Yangjiang city from 2010 to 2012.Methods By using the monitoring data from 2010 to 2012 in disease surveillance information reporting system,network reporting rate,timely reporting rate,timely audit rate,repeat card rate and comprehensive rate were analyzed using SAS respectively.Results In the town,county and city in Yangjiang city,a total of 81 Medical and health institutions were exist and the annual reporting rate was 100.00 % from 2010 to 2012.In the 3 years,64 915 cards of notifiable infectious diseases in Yangjiang city were reported.Of these cards,64 694 was timely reporting card（the rate was 99.66 %）,64 902 was timely audit card（the rate was 99.98 %） and 0 was repeat card,respectively.The number of chronic infectious diseases card were 23 745、1802 of these cards were found to be repeat card and repeat card rate of the 3 years was 7.59 %.The comprehensive rate was 99.89 %.Conclusion From 2010 to 2012,the quality of network direct report of infectious disease in Yangjiang city was high,but there are still some problems.To ensure the normal operation of epidemic reporting system for infectious diseases,the local government should provide necessary funding support.As for the chronic infectious disease,repeat report cards should be checked every new year.The quality evaluation of infectious diseases should be combined with scene investigation and comprehensive evaluation.
