摘要
矸石作为充填骨料,其级配对膏体的流动性能及强度性能具有重要影响.由于缺乏统一的技术标准,在实践中矸石级配差别较大,一定程度上制约了矸石膏体充填技术的发展.以某煤矿充填工作面为试验对象,通过现场筛分试验及采用泰波理论,分析了充填矿井井下矸石及地面堆积矸石级配特征,其自然级配缺陷明显.通过试验确定了合理的矸石级配:矸石中粒径5 mm以下的颗粒占35% ~ 40%,粒径5~ 25 mm的颗粒占60% ~ 65%,最大颗粒粒径为25 mm.
The gradation of gangue has a major impact on the flowability and the strength character as fill aggregate.In practice,the gradation of gangue differs greatly and the development of the technology of gangue paste filling is restricted to some extent because of lacking uniform technical standards.Taking a filling working face of a coal mine as the test object,by the way of screening and the Tailbol theory,the gradation characteristics of gangue under the shaft and on the ground were analyzed and the natural gradation of gangue exists clear defect.The suitable gradation of gangue was determined according to the test:the gangue which grain size is less than 5 mm accounts for 35%~40%and the other part accounts for 60%~65%,and the largest grain size of the gangue is 25 mm.
