摘要
介绍了安钢8#高炉4#热风炉的工程概况和施工难点。针对施工现场烟囱、皮带廊、介质管网等冶炼设施林立密集、场地异常拥挤,狭小区域内进行大体积炉壳吊装的特殊情况,制定了科学严谨的施工方案,采用M100-75型塔式起重机,将整个热风炉炉壳划分为十三吊进行吊装施工,不仅保证了施工质量和工期,而且大大降低了施工成本。
The paper introduce the project and difficulty in installation of NO. 4 hot stove for NO. 8 blast furnace. The No. M100 -75 tower crane, which divides the hoisting and installation of the whole shell into 13 times, is adopted to settle problems like over- crowded chimneys, belt corridors, medium networks and other smelting equipment at the construction site as well as hoisting and installing the shell in a limited space. In this way, the construction cost is greatly reduced while the project can still be completed at the scheduled time with quality ensured.
