摘要
为保证160km/h交流传动客运电力机车可靠运行,空气制动系统采用微机控制式CCBII电空制动机,轮盘式基础制动装置,并采用了纯空气备用制动,列车电空制动,双管供风,空气防滑器等技术,通过对制动盘进行热负荷仿真计算选择热容量大的铸钢盘以满足机车设计要求。
In order to ensure the reliable operation for 160 km/h AC drive passenger electric locomotive,the brake system uses CCBII electric-air brake,wheel disc brake,air backup brake,electric-pneumatic brake,dual-pipe air supply,air antiskid device,etc.Based on the temperature calculation of brake disc,the cast steel brake disc with high heat capacity should be chosen in order to meet the design requirements of locomotive.
