摘要
针对2013年3月实施的《铁路机车操作规则》列车制动机操纵方面的修改内容,结合行车实际,对有关操纵要求、具体操纵方法及注意事项进行了分析论述。
March 2013 for the implementation of the ＂railway locomotive operating rules＂ train brake control aspects of modifications,combined with the actual traffic on the relevant control requirements,specific manipulation methods and precautions were analyzed and discussed.
