摘要
对新钢中碳含硼钢角部横裂产生的原因进行了分析,分析结果表明钢水含氮量、结晶器振动参数、铸机二冷水和铸机设备精度等会对中碳含硼钢角部横裂纹产生影响。通过加强操作管理和优化工艺,取得了较明显的控制效果,中碳含硼钢角裂发生率由84.31%降至22.8%。
The reasons of transverse comer crack in medium carbon boron steel were investigated, and the results show that the amount of N - content, mold oscillation parameters, the secondary cooling water and precision of caster have impacts on transverse comer crack in medium carbon boron steel. According to the results of the analysis, related trials were conducted to optimize the contin- uous casting process. The incidence of transverse comer crack in medium carbon boron steel is dropped from 84.31% to 22.8% after optimization.
