HLX5型液压凿岩机的技术改造及应用

摘要 为提高进口凿岩台车在井下生产过程中的凿岩效率,降低材料及备件消耗,针对液压凿岩机凿岩过程中存在的前端盖松动凸丝、旋转压力无法测试、冲击活塞拉伤及凿岩机不冲击等现象,采取了以下改进措施:在凿岩机端盖上设置螺栓固定孔,安装固定螺栓改善紧固状况,起到了放松作用;对旧无轨设备传动轴进行改造,满足旋转压力测试要求,且能够快速判断凿岩机液压系统故障,提高维修效率;在冲击活塞上改造原有平衡槽、圆柱面上设置对称油槽,使其准确可靠完成冲击循环,满足凿岩需要。通过对凿岩机进行技术改造,使设备完好率、利用率和生产效率显著提高,故障率降低,为井下生产创造了良好的条件。 There are problems exsiting in a drilling process of hydraulic rock drill, for example, the front end cover becomes loose,rotary pressure can not be tested,impact piston strains and the drill does not impact.In order to improve drilling efficiency of imported drilling jumbo in downhole production and reduce consumption of materials and spare parts,fixed bolts hole is applied in drilling machine end cover, and fixed boles are also used to improve fastening condition and relax.The drive shaft of old trackless equipment is reformed to meet the pressure test requirements,and it can judge the hydraulic system bug of drilling machine quickly,raising the maintenance efficiency;Rebuilding the original balance tank on impact piston and seting symmetrical oil pan on the cylindrical surface helps completing the shock cycle ,and meeting the needs of drilling.Technical innovation of rock drilling creats a good condition for mine production,improves serviceability rate,utilization rate and production efficiency, and the failure rate is also decreased.
