摘要
目前材料厚度1mm以下的超薄壁焊接承压结构件产品越来越多,且这种产品在民用和航天领域内都应用广泛。该类产品由于其使用环境的特殊性,其安全性和可靠性要求极高。如果超薄承压结构件的焊接接头熔深不够或存在缺陷,就可能失效导致严重后果。因此必须通过有效的无损检测控制,确保焊接接头品质。由于超薄承压结构件特殊,又要求很高的绝对灵敏度,欲检出的缺陷尺寸已接近或超过宏观无损检测技术的极限,现有常规无损检测方法均不能满足其要求。经过工艺攻关,应用CR技术,配合一系列特殊工艺措施和大量工艺试验,实现了该产品结构件焊缝无损伤的品质控制。本项技术研究与应用的意义十分重大。
Recently, the ultrathin welded products, their thickness in less than lmm, become more and more, and such products are widely used in the area of civil and space. Because of the special using situation, these products fulfil the critical requirements in security and reliability. If the penetration of welding joint is not enough, or the defects exit in the joint ,the failure is resulted in. In con- sequence, the products must use the effective non-destructive testing technique to ensure the quality of welded joints. Due to the special structure and the demanding of absolute sensitivity, and the defect size is close to or exceeds the limits of macro- scopic non-destructive testing technology, the existing conventional nondestructive testing methods do not meet product require- ments. After technology research, through applying the CR techniques, and combining a series of special measures and a lot of process test, we realize the welding line quality control without injury. This technology application is of great significance.
