摘要
在对某种吸塑成型的汽车饰件进行修边时由于刀具的长径比偏大,所以极易产生振动,这样不仅影响产品的加工品质,而且会对刀具和机床产生一定的破坏。通过对刀具进行模态分析来改进刀具的结构提高刀具的刚度从而减小刀具振动,并通过对刀具结构的改进使最小临界速度满足加工时所需的切削速度避免刀具与整个系统发生共振。
During trimming of some plastic auto accessory, the vibration due to the large aspect ratio not only affects its processing quality, but also damages the cutting tools and machine tools. The structure of tool is improved through the modal analysis in this pa- per to increase the stiffness so that it can reduce tool vibration and the minimum critical speed is made meet the demand of the pro- cessing cutting speed, in order to avoid the tool and system resonance.
