摘要
为了能单独对同步器组成零件的性能和疲劳寿命进行试验,专门研发设计了这种可独立安装同步器总成的试验台架,在试验过程中可记录换档过程中的转速、换档力、同步位移、同步时间、轴向力、同步扭矩等,并依此可计算出同步器摩擦锥面间的摩擦因数,判断同步器摩擦材料的性能和疲劳寿命。
Abstract: For the purpose of performance and fatigue testing of component including synchronizer, a test bench is specially devel- oped and designed to record roll speed, shifting force, synchronous displacement, synchronous time, axial force, synchronous torque, etc. during shifting. Furthermore, friction factor between synchronizer' s tapered surfaces can be calculated to forecast the performance and fatigue lifecycle of synchronizer' s friction material.
