摘要
高等职业院校由于数量多、分布广、教学体系完整和教育经验丰富等优势成为系统培养高技能人才的主力军,也应当作为学生技师培养的基地。分析了技师班培养的现状,并结合高职院校培养技师的优势条件在具体实施上进行了论证。
Abstract：With the advantage of number, distribution and teaching structure, high vocational institute becomes the main force of cul- tivation of skilled talents and is the base of students＇ technician cultivation. This paper discusses and analyzes the current situation of technician cultivation and implementation with the advantage of high vocational institute.
