摘要
利用三维建模软件建立火炮扣机的三维实体模型,基于多体系统动力学理论,利用机械系统动力学软件ADAMS对火炮扣机的推弹滑座与阻铁碰撞过程进行了分析,定量地确定出随着倾角的增大,推弹滑座与阻铁的碰撞力变化情况。优化得出了碰撞力最小时的最佳倾角模型结构,在提高零部件刚强度及运动的可靠性方面提供了依据。
First of all, the artillery plug 3D solid model is established by 3D software, the impact of cartridge pushing slider and hammer catch of artillery sear is simulated by mechanical system dynamics so, ware ADAMS. With the increasing the inclination an- gle, the impact force change of the cartridge pushing slider and hammer catch is determined quantitatively. The best angle model structure of the minimum impact force is obtained. The basis is provided for improving the strength and reliability of the moving parts.
