针对国内卷烟加工企业的烟丝原料品质保证开发的一种残烟异物剔除设备,介绍基于PLC控制的机器视觉系统,对残烟异物剔除系统结构、功能、系统参数计算以及EtherNet工业总线的应用方法做出重点介绍。

To ensure the raw tobacco material quality in the cigarette processing, this paper develops a tobacco sorting equipment and introduces the PLC control based on machine vision system, the structure, function and parameters of the tobacco sorting sys- tem and EtherNet industrial bus application method.
