摘要 目的探讨钒对作业工人神经系统症状的影响。方法采用横断面研究方法,通过调查1 081名接钒工人及1 034名对照工人神经系统症状表现,分析钒职业接触对作业工人神经系统主观症状的影响,并经logistic回归模型拟合,探索其相关的影响因素。结果钒化合物可引起接钒工人出现头昏、失眠、乏力、耳鸣、肢体麻木感、头痛、头胀、记忆力下降、多梦、嗜睡、多汗、听力下降等神经系统症状,且接钒者的神经系统症状检出率是不接触者的1.356倍(OR=1.356,P<0.05);随着接钒工龄的延长神经系统症状的检出率升高(OR=1.04,P<0.05)。结论钒化合物可引起接钒工人出现神经系统症状,主要表现为头昏、失眠、乏力、耳鸣、肢体麻木感,且工龄与神经系统症状检出率呈正相关。 Objective To study the effects of occupational vanadium exposure on neurological symptoms.Methods A cross-sectional study was designed to examine the neurological symptoms of occupational vanadium exposure.A total of 1081 vanadium-exposed workers and 1034 non-exposed workers were recruited from a Steel and Iron Group.We studied the neurological symptoms of workers exposed to vanadium through cross-sectional survey and explored its associated factors through logistic regression models.Results Vanadium can cause neurological symptoms among vanadium-exposed workers such as dizziness,insomnia,fatigue,tinnitus,numbness,headache,stretching,memory loss,dreams,drowsiness,sweating,and hearing loss.The positive rate of neurological symptoms in exposed group was 1.356 times of control group(OR = 1.356,P 0.05).The positive rate of neurological symptoms increased with the length of work service(OR = 1.04,P 0.05).Conclusion Neurological symptoms can be caused by vanadium compounds in occupational exposed workers.Dizziness,insomnia,fatigue,tinnitus and numbness were main symptoms.The positive rate of neurological symptoms increased with the length of work service.
