益心舒胶囊对心律失常型冠心病的影响

Effect of Yixinshu capsules on cardiac arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease

目的观察益心舒胶囊对心律失常型冠心病临床疗效的影响。方法将100例心律失常型冠心病患者随机分为治疗组(n=54)与对照组(n=46),治疗组采用常规冠心病二级预防加益心舒胶囊治疗,对照组仅用常规冠心病二级预防治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为81.0%,优于对照组的65.1%(P<0.01),且心悸、乏力、头晕及失眠改善较显著(P<0.01),气短改善显著(P=0.05),对胸闷及胸痛无效(P>0.05);益心舒胶囊可改善房性早搏及室性早搏(P<0.05),对交界性早搏及房颤无效(P>0.05);12导联心电图提示组间ST段恢复程度比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊可改善心律失常型冠心病所伴发的症状,对房性早搏及室性早搏有一定疗效,但对交界性早搏及房颤无效,对心肌缺血无治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinshu capsules on cardiac arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred cases with cardiac arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were randomly assigned to control group（n = 54） and treatment group（n = 46）.The control group received routine second-grade prevention of coronary heart disease treatment for 4 weeks while the treatment group received Yixinshu capsule on the basis of the control＇s for 4 weeks.Results The total clinical effective rate of treatment group（81.0%） was better than the control group（65.1%）,（P 0.01）.The palpitation,fatigue,dizziness and insomnia improved significantly（P 0.01）,the shortness of breath was improved（P = 0.05）,but there was no difference between groups in efficacy of chest tightness and chest pain（P 0.05）;Yixinshu capsule could improve the atrial premature beat and the ventricular premature beat（P 0.05）,but was ineffective on the atrioventricular junctional premature beat and the atrial fibrillation（P 0.05）;The 12-lead electrocardiogram of ST segment recovery revealed that there was no difference between groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Yixinshu capsule could improve the symptoms of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease to a certain extent,it can improve the atrial premature beat and the ventricular premature beat,but has little effect on the atrioventricular junctional premature beat and the atrial fibrillation as well as the treatment of myocardial ischemia.
