Pyk2在细胞功能活性调控中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 Pyk2,即粘着斑激酶家族新成员,与FAK具有高度同源性,广泛表达于多种组织和细胞,主要通过受外界一系列因素的刺激并依赖于Ca2+浓度的变化将胞外信号传导到胞内,从而发挥生物学效应。同时催化多种含SH2和SH3结构域的底物磷酸化,进一步参与细胞骨架的重组、细胞粘附、生长、迁移、增殖、分化、细胞凋亡及基因转录等各项功能活性的调控。
