基于交易成本视角下农民工就业问题及对策研究

Researches of Migrant Workers’Employment Problems and Countermeasures Based the Perspective of Transaction Costs

以交易成本为视角,通过分析农民工就业的信息成本、行为费用、规制费用和条件成本,来探讨农民工就业的交易成本问题,并提出通过完善就业信息平台、提高农民工人力资本素质、健全市场机制、加大农民工就业投入等措施来降低交易成本。

In the Perspective of transaction cost,by analyzingthe the costs of information,behavior,regulatory fees and conditions on employment of migrant workers,it investigates the problems of transaction costs on the employment of migrant workers,and gives the ways that supllement the employment information platforms,improve the quality of human capital,promote the market mechanism,increase investment in the employment of migrant workers and other measures to reduce the transaction costs.
