目前,我国的老年人口已步入世界人口老年型国家的前列,人口老龄化社会面临着老年人身心健康问题和由此产生的社会经济问题的困扰。体育旅游作为维系衰老与健康的纽带,对缓解机体衰老与提高机体健康水平、促进社会经济持续增长有着不可替代的作用。

At present,the number of the elder in China has been in the forefront of the aging countries in the world.The aging society faces the problems about the elder’s physical and mental health.At the same time,these problems also cause some economic problems.As a tie between aging and health,the sports tourism has an irreplaceable role in slowing the aging process,improving the level of health and promoting the economic growth.
