结合新乡市城市特征和噪声污染现状,对2006-2010年各功能区噪声的变化状况进行了比较分析,为全面了解新乡市环境噪声污染变化趋势及城市环境噪声的综合整治和科学管理提供了数据基础,为新乡市"十二五"期间环境功能区噪声控制提供参考。

Noise changing trend in the functional region from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed, according to the characteristics of Xinxiang City and present situation of noise pollution, it provides the basis dates for understanding and regulating apprehensively the changes of noise pollution in Xinxiang City, and provides reference materials for controlling the environmental function noise of Xinxiang during the peri- od of the twelfth five--year.
