大学生职业生涯规划现状分析与对策研究

Analysis on Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Occupation Career Planning

随着我国高等教育改革的发展,大学教育从精英教育转向大众化教育,"供需见面,双向选择"这种全新就业格局的形成,也为高校的职业指导教育带来了新的课题。对学生进行职业生涯规划教育,帮助学生自我认知,了解客观世界,澄清核心价值观是时代赋予高校职业指导工作的一个全新课题。研究大学生职业生涯规划教育现状和对策,深层次地了解大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状和存在的问题,客观剖析造成这些问题背后的实质根源;提出与时代要求、高等教育现状相匹配的相应政策。

With the development of China＇s higher--education reform, the college education has al- ready turned to mass education from elite education. ＂To meet supply and demand, two--way choice,＂ as the new employment pattern, also brought a new challenge to college vocational guidance education. Under this situation, the teacher need to carry out career planning education to students, help them to develop their self--recognition, know objective world and core values. This is a new issue for college vo- cational guidance. So this research mainly study on current situation and countermeasures of college students ~ career planning. Through the deep understanding the current situation and existing problem of college students~ career planning education, the researcher objectively analyzed the source of these prob- lems and present some countermeasures which also meets the require of era＇s demand and higher educa- tion situation.
