On Optimization Method for the Design Process of Pressure Foam Proportioning Mixer

介绍压力式泡沫比例混合器的设计思路,用Matlab软件分析不同通径、流量和混合比等多种条件下喷嘴前后压差与喷嘴孔径和节流孔板孔径的关系,并绘制关系曲线图。通过参考关系曲线图可简化混合器的设计流程。

The design process of pressure foam proportioning mixer was presented. Matlab was used to analyze the relation-ship between pressure difference of nozzle and bore diameter of restriction orifice plate under the conditions of different diameter of inlet and outlet pipe, different flux of the main fire tube and different mixing ratio of foam solution, so as to plot the relation- ship curves. Through analyze these relationship curves to optimize the design process.
