摘要
高校校办企业是高校科研成果、智力资源转化的高级形式,但其在发展过程中面临瓶颈。笔者通过分析校办企业普遍存在的经营管理问题,包括与学校之间经济法律关系不清晰、体制机制滞后市场反应、激励与监督机制匮乏等问题,以华南地区C校办企业为例,提出几点校办企业改革的思路,重点在于股权改革,引入公司内部核心团队和不同背景的战略投资者,转换经营体制机制,激发公司活力。
University-run enterprises is the advanced form of scientific research and university intellectual resources transformation, but they also face bottlenecks in the development process. The author analyze the common adminis- tration problems of University-run enterprises, including unclear economic and legal relations between the university and enterprises, lagging systems contrast the market reaction mechanism, lack of incentive and oversight mecha- nisms, and so on. Taking University-run enterprise C as an example in the Southern China area, puts forward some University-run enterprise reform ideas, focus on ownership reform, introducing the internal core team and the differ- ent background of strategic investors as shareholders, reform the operating system mechanism, excite the activity.
