基于实体化管理的广东省体育社团运行研究

Research of Guangdong Sports Mass Organizations Based on Substantiated Operation

体育社团作为民间性、非营利性的社会公益组织,是实现体育社会化的重要依托。体育社会化目标的实现需要体育社团的参与,体育社团是政府多元化公共服务体系的重要载体。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对广东省体育社团的生成、运行、组织管理模式等共性问题进行研究,了解广东省体育社团实体化运行的主因及其塔状结构体系,提出广东省体育社团协会务实化、会员主体化、管理规范化、组织体系化、硬件实力化、经济实体化、活动实效化的多元化发展方向。实现政府权力与社会权力的分离,使体育社团走出"同构"的管理模式。

Sports mass organizations are non - governmental and non - profit public service organizations, providing important support for the realization of sports socialization. The realization of the objective of sports socialization de- mands the participation of sports mass organizations, which are important carriers for govermental diversified public service system. With literature research method and logical analysis, this paper makes a research on several com- mon problems, such as the formation, operation and organization model of Guangdong sports mass organizations, analyzes the main cause and the tower structure system of the substantiated operation of Guangdong sports mass or- ganizations, points out seven diversified development directions： pragmatic associations, subjectival members, standardized management ; systematized organization ; substantiated equipments ; substantiated economy ; practical and effective activities. The purpose is to achieve the separation of governmental power and social power and make sports mass organizations become free from isomorphic management mode.
