摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症伴迟发性运动障碍与血清谷氨酸水平的相关性。方法对33例精神分裂症伴迟发性运动障碍患者、33例精神分裂症患者及30名健康体检者进行血清谷氨酸水平检测分析。结果迟发性运动障碍组和非迟发性运动障碍组血清谷氨酸水平显著低于对照组(t=6.84、4.02,P〈0.01),迟发性运动障碍组血清谷氨酸水平显著低于非迟发性运动障碍组(t=3.95,P〈0.01)。迟发性运动障碍的严重程度与血清谷氨酸水平呈显著负相关(R=-0.132,P〈0.05)。结论迟发性运动障碍患者的血清谷氨酸水平明显降低,低谷氨酸水平可能参与了迟发性运动障碍的病理过程。
Objective To explore the correlation between schizophrenics with tardive dyskinesia (TD) and serum Glu levels. Methods Serum Glu levels were detected and analyzed in 33 schizophrenics with TD, 33 schizophrenics and 30 healthy examinees. Results Serum Glu levels were sig nificantly lower in TD and nowTD than control group (t=6.84, 4.02, P〈0.01) and in DT than non-TD group (t=3.95 ,P〈0.01). TD severity was negatively related to serum Glu levels notably (R=-0. 132, P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum Glu levels of TD patients lower notably, low Glu level may be involved in the pathological process of TD.
