摘要
电厂运行过程中尤其在变工况下,主汽参数不可避免地会偏离设计值而引起机组功率变化,蒸汽参数在一定范围内变化是允许的,但变化幅值较大时,将会引起机组功率产生较大的抖动,进而影响机组的出力和稳定性。通过在火电机组功率控制回路中增加机组主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽温度等对机组功率影响较大的参数自适应控制环节,达到机组在运行主参数变化较大时不影响功率控制的调节品质,维持机组出力平稳地输出。
During the power plant is running, especially is running in different operating modes, the main steam parameters will inevitably deviate from the design value, which caused changes of the unit power. Steam parameters change within a certain range in the running is allowed, but the change of amplitude is larger, it will cause a proportionally larger jitter of the unit power, thereby affecting the unit's output and stability. In this paper, increase the PID adaptive control link of main steam parameter in power control loop of thermal power unit, in order to main- tain a stable output of power when the change of the main steam parameters is larger.
