摘要
旋转煤粉分离器内部的煤粉粒子主要受转子旋转所产生的离心力进行分离。通过应用CFD软件对分离器内流场进行数值模拟,得到了煤粉颗粒运动轨迹与出口煤粉细度及煤粉均匀性指数、综合分离效率随转子转速的变化趋势,可以更深入地了解分离器的分离机理,对其结构优化具有指导意义。
Coal particles are separated by the centrifugal force while it rotating in rotating pulverized-coal classifier. By carrying on numerical simulation of internal fluid field of pulverized - coal classifier on CFD software, the movement track of the solid particles, the fineness of pulverized-coal at the outlet, the variation tendency of the pulverized-coal uniformity index and the synthetically separating efficiency with the rotating speed variation. The results have a deeper understanding of the separation mechanism, which serves as a guiding significance for structural optimization.
