丙泊酚联合芬太尼对不同中医体质人工流产患者的麻醉作用分析

The Analysis of Anaesthetic Affect of Aropofol Combined with Fentanyl in Abortion Patients with Different Constitution of Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨丙泊酚联合芬太尼对不同中医体质人工流产患者的麻醉效果。方法:参照中医体质类型的判断标准,将68例人工流产患者分为阳虚组、阴虚组及对照组。记录术中出血量、丙泊酚总用量、手术时间、睫毛反射消失时间及定向力恢复时间等,并判定麻醉药物的镇痛效果及体动发生情况。结果:阳虚组患者术中丙泊酚总用量及体动发生率高于阴虚组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者术中出血量、手术时间、睫毛反射消失时间、定向力恢复时间及镇痛效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人工流产术中丙泊酚需求量及体动情况与患者中医体质类型密切相关。

Objective： To explore the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with fentanyl in abortion patients with differ ent constitution of Chinese medicine.Methods：68 cases of abortion patients were divided into Yang-deficiency,Yin-deficiency group and the control group according to the standards of the Chinese Medicine.The amount of bleeding during operation,the total dosage of propofol,the operation time,the extinction time of eyelash reflex and the recovery time of directional force were recorded and compared.The analgesic effect of anesthetic drugs and the body movement were observed.Results ：The total dosage of propofol and the rate of body movement in the Yang-deficiency group were significantly higher than that of the Yin-deficiency group and the control group（P0.05）.The amount of bleeding during operation,the operation time,the extinction time of eyelash reflex,the recovery time of directional force and the analgesic effect in the three groups were without significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： The total dosage of propofol and the rate of body movement of the abortion patients were closely related to the different constitution of the Chinese medicine.
