“四穴电针”治疗腰椎间盘突出症102例临床观察

Clinical Study on Four-acupoint Needling for Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc:A Clinical Observation of 102 Cases

目的:观察自创的"四穴电针"对腰椎间盘突出症根性痛的镇痛效果。方法:将193例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组:A组为四穴电针组,B组采用常规电针组,疗程15 d,观察两组对腰椎间盘突出症根性痛的镇痛效果(包括即刻、远期镇痛效果以及临床疗效、功能恢复等方面)。结果:A组治疗后VAS疼痛评分即刻下降49.0%,治疗结束时共下降81.0%,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组治疗后VAS疼痛评分即刻下降28.0%,治疗结束时共下降66.0%,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组的即刻和持续镇痛效应均优于B组(P<0.01);总有效率A组为95.1%,B组为83.5%,A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05);且临床控制率A组为72.6%,B组为49.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);JOA评分比较,治疗前后A、B组内及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:"四穴电针"对腰椎间盘突出症根性痛有明显的即刻和持续镇痛作用,且在临床疗效和促进患肢功能恢复方面均优于常规电针组。

Objective： To observe the analgesic effect of Four-acupoint Needling on nerve root pain due to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods： 193 patientsc were randomly divided into group A and group B,respectively Four-acupoint Needling group and general acupuncture group,the treatment course was 15 days.The effect observation,immediate effect,and long-term effect,clinical effect and functional recovery were detected.Results： The immediate decline rate of VAS score was 49.0% in group A and decline rate of VAS score was 81.0% after treatment,the difference was with statistical significance（P 0.01）;The immediate decline rate of VAS score was 28.0% in group B and decline rate of VAS score was 66.0% after treatment,the difference was with statistical significance（P 0.01）;the immediate effect,and long-term effect on analgesic of group A was better than that of group B（P0.01）;the total effective rate was 95.1% and 83.5% respectively in group A and B,and the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance（P0.05）;the clinical control rate was 72.6% and 49.5% respectively in group A and B,and the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance（P 0.01）;the JOA score were increased both in two groups（P 0.01）;the JOA score in group A after treatment was higher than that of group B,with statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Four-acupoint Needling can provide immediate and long-term effect on nerve root pain due to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and the clinical effect and functional recovery were better than general acupuncture.
