摘要 根据大学生方程式赛车大赛规则要求,发动机进气气流都应经过一个直径不大于20mm的进气限流阀。受此规则限制,发动机的功率和扭矩都明显减小。由于进气特性的变化,发动机原厂ECU的标定环境发生变化,其标定参数已不合适。为使标定参数符合进排气系统的变化,提升发动机动力性和经济性,在比较各款ECU的基础上,使用Motec M800ECU取代原厂ECU。主要介绍ECU选型的分析思路,并针对Motec M800ECU用于CBR600RR发动机上,设计了发动机总线接线图。并简要说明了本届赛车发动机用到的所有传感器的标定过程及标定结果,以及喷油与点火的控制策略与修正,为发动机台架试验的进行奠定了的基础。最后简要介绍了Motec M800ECU应用于发动机优化和提高赛车性能的其他控制功能。 According to the rules of formula SAE, all the air inflow of engines must pass through a restrictor which has a maxi-mum diameter of no more than 20 mm; therefore, the power and the torque of engines can be significantly reduced. The change of intake system causes the variation of the calibrated environment of the original engine ECU, and the calibration data are no longer appropriate. In order to recalibrate the data so as to meet the changes of the intake and exhaust systems and to improve the power performance and economical efficiency, we use Motec M800 ECU to replace the original ECU through comparing the performance of different ECUs. In this paper, the selection of ECU type is described, and for Motec M800 ECU applied in the CBR600RR en- gine, a detailed wiring diagram of the engine and the ECU is designed. We briefly describe the calibration of all sensors and cali- bration results, including the control strategy and the compensation tables of fuel injection and ignition timing, which will lay a solid foundation for engine test. Finally, we investigate some other functions of Motec M800 ECU which can be used to optimize the engine and improve the performance of a racing car.
