摘要
阐述了膜片弹簧制动气室的工作原理及其在汽车气制动过程中的几种典型应用,从而引出双膜片弹簧制动气室的参数测试要求。为此,提出了双膜片弹簧制动气室动态性能测试方法,研究了测试系统的具体实现方案。在实验室实现了整个系统的组装,搭建了控制和测试平台。通过实际测试的实验数据表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性,测试精度高,稳定性好。实测特性曲线不超出理论曲线5%,在特性范围内能保持随动平衡。
We investigated the working principle of the diaphragm spring brake chamber and its several typical applications in au- tomobile air braking process, so as to explore the requirements for parameter test of diaphragm spring brake chambers. According to the diaphragm spring brake chamber for these basic parameters, we proposed a new method to test the dynamic performance of diaphragm spring brake chambers. We also studied the implementation scheme of the testing system. Based on the assembling of the whole system in laboratory, we developed a control and test platform. The experimental data shows that the system has high reliability, high measurement precision and good stability. The measured characteristic curve exceeds the theoretical curve no more than 5%. Thus, it could keep a dynamic balance within the range of features.
