摘要 目的建立导管室护理人员绩效管理系统,为管理者提供高效的管理手段。方法采用Delphi法对绩效管理指标进行梳理,建立并运行导管室护理人员绩效管理系统软件,通过满意度调查评价绩效管理系统的应用效果。结果应用绩效管理系统后护理人员对奖金分配的满意率从41.67%上升至91.67%;医生对护理工作满意率由80.20%上升至96.04%,患者对护理工作满意率由81.82%上升至96.97%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论绩效管理系统的应用激发了护士的工作积极性,提高了医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To develop a catheterization laboratory (cath lab) nurse performance appraisal system and to provide an effi- cient management means for nursing manager. Methods Through sorting out the performance appraisal indexes by Delphi method, we set up cath lab nurse performance appraisal management software and put it into practice. Then we assessed the effect of the system through satisfaction survey. Results Nurses' satisfaction with bonus distribution increased from 41. 67% to 91. 67%; doctor's and patient's satisfaction with nursing service increased from 80. 200% to 96.04%, and from 81.82% to 96.97% respectively (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion The cath lab nurse performance appraisal system stimulates nurses' working enthusiasm, and improves doctorts and patient's satisfaction with nursing service.
